This policy applies to Stalza Technologies (“Stalza”, “we”, “us”), operating stalza.com, our customer portal, and related products such as domains, hosting, workspace email, and Stalza Security.

This policy covers personal data processed when you visit our sites, create an account, buy or manage services, contact support, subscribe to marketing, or use Stalza Security (free or Pro).

Depending on how you use Stalza, we may process:

• Account data — name, email, phone, company name, billing address, and authentication details.
• Order and billing data — products purchased, invoices, payment status, and tax identifiers. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Service data — domains you register or transfer, DNS settings, hosting configuration, mailbox metadata needed to operate the service you purchased.
• Support communications — messages, attachments, and related tickets you send us.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, and pages viewed, for security and reliability.
• Stalza Security (opt-in) — if you enable Vulnerability intelligence in the plugin, we receive installed WordPress core/plugin/theme slugs and versions plus the site URL, solely to return matching advisories. We do not receive post content, visitors, or user emails from that check.

• Provide, bill, renew, and support the products you purchase.
• Operate domain, hosting, email, and security features you enable.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Improve reliability, performance, and documentation.
• Send transactional email (receipts, renewals, security notices). Marketing email is only sent with consent or where permitted by law, and you can unsubscribe.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors and partners needed to run the service, for example:

• Domain registries and registrars for registration and WHOIS requirements.
• Payment processors (such as Stripe) for checkout and invoices.
• Infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling under contract.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax, dispute, and legal requirements. Security and access logs are retained for a limited operational window unless a longer period is needed for an investigation.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and keep license keys confidential.

Subject to applicable law (including India’s DPDP Act and, where relevant, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. We use necessary cookies for session, authentication, and security. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling some cookies may break checkout or portal login.

Stalza operates primarily from India and may process data in other regions where our providers run infrastructure. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be announced in the portal or by email.
