Terms of Service

By accessing stalza.com, creating an account, or purchasing a Stalza product, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Stalza Technologies (“Stalza”, “we”, “us”). If you use Stalza on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at [email protected].

Stalza offers domains, hosting, workspace email, SSL, Stalza Security, and related cloud products. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Free software distributed on WordPress.org remains available under its GPL license; paid Pro features require a valid Stalza license for the sites you activate.

• Prices are shown at checkout in INR or USD as offered.
• Domains, hosting, email, and licenses often renew automatically until you cancel according to product settings or portal controls.
• Failure to pay may suspend or cancel service. Domain deletion or redemption follows registry rules and may incur extra fees.
• Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or in the portal for that product. Digital goods and domain registrations are often non-refundable once fulfilled.

You must not use Stalza services to:

• Violate law, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware, operate botnets, or attack other systems.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing.
• Host or distribute illegal content, including CSAM.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Stalza systems or other customers.
• Resell services except where we expressly allow it in writing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice when needed to protect the platform or third parties.

The free Stalza Security plugin is provided as-is under GPL-2.0-or-later. Optional cloud features (such as vulnerability matching) only run when you opt in. Pro features require a paid license and continued eligibility. Security tooling reduces risk but does not guarantee a site is free of compromise.

Stalza branding, site design, documentation, and proprietary Pro software remain our property or that of our licensors. Open-source components are licensed under their respective terms. You retain ownership of content you upload to your hosting or email accounts.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that security scans will detect every threat.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stalza’s total liability arising out of these Terms or any service is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

You may stop using services and close your account subject to outstanding fees and registry requirements. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
